Because it's only a 2-man alliance with another buddy and worth nothing.

Right now I'm ust mining, but I used to raid a lot back in the german Uni 1.
What are you looking for in an alliance
To be honest, protection and the scare-off effect. Im tired of being scanned a hundred times every day. But also a cooperative gameplay and maybe a war once in a while, just to see what it's like (didn't play ogame for a long time and there were a lot of changes).
